I got my files in the end, but one of the downloads didn’t go through the first time and it felt a bit slow, maybe a few minutes longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge problem or anything, but it could be a little more dependable.

I tried to place my order, but the checkout just wouldn’t go through. From my side, it felt really frustrating because I couldn’t tell if the issue was with my payment, the site, or something else. Definitely not the smooth experience I was expecting.

I had to return something to TSO Shop and, i was expecting the usual hassle. You know when a company makes returns sound “simple and seamless” and then somehow it turns into five emails and a headache? That’s kind of what I was bracing for.

But this one was actually straightforward. I filled out the return details, sent the item back, and got an email when they received it. Nothing weird, no vague copy-paste corporate wording that makes you wonder if anyone actually checked anything.
The refund also landed faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I didn’t have to chase them or sit around trying to decode some overly polished support response. Painless overall, so I’m happy with how it went

I preordered an item and overall it went smoothly. The order confirmation came through right away, so I figured everything was probably fine, but then it was quiet until closer to the release date. I got the shipping email once it was ready, and it showed up a couple days later. From the lack of updates I kind of assumed they were just waiting on stock or the release window, but it would’ve been nice to get a little more info in between. No real issues though.

I could tell right away this was the right edition. It matched what I ordered, no mix-ups, no hassle, and thankfully no wrong version showing up. Easy win for me. I’m happy with it and would order again

I bought a digital item and the access link just would not work for me. I tried logging out, logging back in, refreshing, all of that, and still couldn’t get to what I paid for. Support took a while to reply too, so I was basically stuck with nothing I could use. i regret not reading the reviews before buying.

The range felt limited and I couldn’t find what I needed. What made it more annoying was that the communication wasn’t very clear either, so I wasn’t sure if the item was unavailable, hidden somewhere, or just not something they stocked.

Nothing actually broke or caused a big problem. It just feels a little dated. A bit slow here and there. It does what it needs to do, but it could definitely be easier to use
